Carl P. Henry, CPA, CGMA: Carl has been a CPA for over 40 years and is a member of the AICPA and MICPA. His business has grown both in clients and in expertise, with a client list ranging from small businesses to $40+ million corporations and nonprofit organizations. Carl’s primary focus has been on tax planning and preparations for individuals, corporations, and trusts, but he is also knowledgeable in auditing and accounting principles. Paul J. Link, CPA, CGMA: Paul has been a CPA for nearly 20 years and is a member of the AICPA and MICPA. He joined Henry & Company, P.C. in 1996 after spending several years with a Bloomfield Hills public accounting firm. His expertise has been on attestation and financial reporting services, forecasting and projections, and advisory services as well as tax planning and preparation. Mari-Ann Henry: Mari-Ann has worked with The Henry Group (and its prior inceptions) intermittently for nearly 15 years. She has a varied background in business with degrees in marketing, economics and management. Mari-Ann’s present responsibilities include archiving client data and company records for future needs. Kathy (Coffman) Rea: A statistical typist and the office manager, Kathy came from a CPA family and started working for a local firm directly out of high school in 1967. After time at a national firm in Alaska, she returned to Michigan and worked 25 years with two local firms.
